Establishment

The establishment of HUB 078 was provided by the project development through DIHs (Development through Digital Innovative Hubs in Gradiška, Daruvar, Lipik and Kotor). The project is implemented by the City of Gradiška in cooperation with to the above partners. It is financially supported by European Union funds through the Interreg IPA cross-border cooperation program Croatia - Bosnia and Herzegovina - Montenegro.

Overall goal

The overall goal of the project is to contribute to sustainable and competitive economic and technological development, creating an efficient and effective business environment based on innovation, new technologies, ICT solutions in the cross-border project area (Gradiška, Daruvar, Lipik and Kotor). It also contributes to strengthening the social, economic and territorial development of the program area by applying joint activities in the field of strengthening the competitiveness and business environment.

The results of the project will be achieved by implementing the following activities:
- Training of DIH management staff to manage DIH.
- Study trip with the aim of strengthening knowledge and skills for successful management of the new DIH (Denmark DTU SkyLab - Lyngby).
- Study trip for SMEs, future start-ups and freelancers (Science Park in Trieste - Italy).
- 8 training cycles (Each partner two cycles), for SMEs, start-ups, future start-ups, freelancers (Mobile application development, training for 3D designers, coding in Fusion 360, Java and Phyton programming languages).
- Development of a common e-platform for education.
- Creation of 4 Action Plan for DIH management.
- Developing a cluster model for entrepreneurs in the project area.
- Reconstruction, equipping and establishment of 4 DIHs in Gradiška, Daruvar, Lipik and Kotor.
- Promotion and visibility of the project through the organization of the initial (Kick-off conference) and final (Final conference) conference, media promotion and organization of events in local communities (Inno days).

Abouth project

Lead Partner: The City of Gradiška is the leading partner in this project. In addition to managing and coordinating project partnership activities, the focus will be on developing the digital economy through the establishment of a digital innovation hub (DIH) in Gradiška, Vidovdanska 6. and start-ups and make a significant impact on the overall local economy. The City of Gradiška will develop a common educational platform for small and medium enterprises and all stakeholders in one place to provide professional assistance to companies to become more competitive in terms of their business / production processes or services that use digital technologies. New and existing entrepreneurs as well as stakeholders will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge in the new DIH in Gradiška at certified training for unemployed entrepreneurs / startups for programming languages ​​programming current Java (training + OCA (associate) certificate) and Python (training) and PCAP Certification (Certified Programming Associate at Python.

Project partner 2 The City of Daruvar will develop the digital economy by establishing the Center for Digital Innovation - DIH in Daruvar by adapting the space and purchasing IT / office equipment at the Daruvar Entrepreneurship Center (J.J. Strossmayera 32A) and educating DIH staff. The establishment of DIH will increase the competencies of domestic entrepreneurs and start-ups. New and existing entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge in the new DIH in Daruvar in a certified training for entrepreneurs / beginners / future entrepreneurs for programming programming languages ​​used in robotics (Java).

Project partner 3 The City of Lipik will develop the digital economy by establishing the Center for Digital Innovation - DIH in Lipik by adapting the space and purchasing IT / office equipment at the Lipik Sports Center (Hrvatske mladeži 32) and training DIH staff. The establishment of DIH will increase the competencies of domestic entrepreneurs and start-ups. New and existing entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to improve their skills and competencies in 3 trainings that will be held in the new DIH Lipik: certified training of 3D designers or Front-End programmers; and Fusion 360 Certified Education.

Project Partner 4 The Municipality of Kotor will develop the digital economy by establishing the Center for Digital Innovation - DIH in Kotor, adapting the premises and procuring IT / office equipment in the Old Town of Kotor and training DIH staff. The establishment of DIH will increase the competencies of domestic entrepreneurs and start-ups. New and existing entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge of the new DIH in Kotor in certified training for programming languages ​​used in Java robotics (training + OCA certificate (associate)
